Emeline’s first Christmas

Over the last couple of weeks, Emeline slept through nearly half of the Christmas fun but with her ever so moving ever so pretty eyes she looked around trying to understand what all the fuss was about.

After it was the first time she was at her grandparents’ home with all of the family gathered around. Big-eared Uncle and his lovely wife had driven from hectic Paris whilst the other one had flown in from overseas.

Elated as she was, Emeline manifested her joy with a couple of hiccups, many smiles as wide as beautiful, and several gobbledygooky words, or rather sounds. Gaaaaaa.

We believed shed had quite nearly killed Santa until we realized she’d uncovered a phony (see pic).
